I wanted to have real numbers — to know exactly what I earned and what I spent for each end every key word.
Unsatisfied I set out to make my own tool set. It looks a long time to get exactly what I needed, but these tools literally make creating and managing PPC affiliate accounts 500 times faster. And, yes my earnings went up 500 times what they were before!
I wanted to keep costs down, so I elected to use the import functions of Microsoft’s adCenter Desktop and Google Adwords Desktop utilities. They are free to use, and unlike the APIs you can use them without any access quantity restrictions or costs. Using the APIs can get downright expensive! A tool that is simple in concept but profound in how much time it will save you. Mass Ad Creative allows you to quickly format and submit your ad creative to adCenter and Adwords via the desktop utilities. It is capable of building Ads for both search networks at the same time. Keyword ID Maker
One of the biggest time sucks in doing PPC Affiliate marketing is setting up unique trackable URLs with each keyword. If you ever did this via spreadsheet and then manually uploaded them into adCenter or Adwords you know exactly what I’m talking about. Keyword ID Maker does all the heavy work for you; it assigns a unique ID to each keyword phrase, sets up the campaigns so you will be able to track Match Type, and formats it all for easy upload via the search engine desktop tools. It supplies all the critical data like rank, cost per click, earnings per click, traffic numbers, etc. Also, very important, it lets you adjust the bids and export your changes to upload to the PPC networks.
Simply put, if you were going to pay a human to do all this it would cost you more at minimum wage than you would earn in commissions. This tool is what makes earning (and keeping) high commissions possible.
